About
Amgad is an architect and urban planner. He got his PhD from La Sorbonne university in France. He worked as an architect in many cities including Paris, Dubai, Doha and Cairo.

Project Name: TC01 (Table coffee 01)
Dimensions: Radius = 60 cm, Height = 38 cm.
Concept: The table’s main idea is the dialogue between its two contrasting parts. The first part—the round disk and its two legs—represents man-made, rationality, stability, geometrical forms, etc. The second part—the trunk, plant and frog—represents nature, spontaneity, movement, organic forms, etc. The dialogue between these two complementary components creates a dynamic balance and stimulates a very rich visual and psychological experience.
